It's quite simple, actually. Upon signing up you will become BrandXL's Social Media Planner, a fictional company that makes and sells toy rockets for children ages 8 and above.

During a duration of 3 days and 2 nights, Ad Buzz will be randomly tweeting/messaging/commenting on both the private Ad Buzz competition group's wall and towards the Twitter account @BrandXLTO as customers of BrandXL. Your job is to respond as if you were dealing with an actual customer. You will be judged on timeliness of your response as well as your response behaviour. We WILL be throwing a couple curve balls.

You will be judged by Ian Barr, the Vice President of Rocket XL, along with Patrick Tomasso, an Intern Social Media Planner. Who will interview the top BrandXL Social Media Planners for a chance to become the next Rocket XL Associate Social Media Planner!
